Repayment of fairway due on transit goods
Fairwaydue that has been paid on loaded transit goods is repaid on application to the Swedish Sjöfartsverket . A condition for such a repayment is that the transport is a combination of different seatransports and/or landtransports at transiting of goods through Sweden or in a system where goods are temporarily stored to accomplish efficiency in the chain of transports. Another condition for repayment is that the documents regarding the transported transit goods, for which fairwaydue based on the goods has been paid, at all time shall be held available for inspection by Sjöfartsverket.
Such an application shall contain information about loaded transitgoods per harbour and vessel and also the amount of debited fairwaydue. It shall comprise three months and be done quarterly.
