NorBridge - Bunker Adjustment Factor

Norway - Great Britain / Belgium and vice versa

All freight rates are exclusive of BAF. The BAF may be adjusted without notice in response to fluctuations in oil prices and rate of exchange (USD).

The BAF-scale is based on the average mixed ton rate during 1998 (NOK 626) = Index 100.

Mixed ton = IFO 180 (Intermediate Fuel Oil) 90% and MDO (Marine Diesel Oil) 10%.

The price is based on Bunker price (published by www.bunkerworld.com) in Rotterdam (last but one workday figures) and rates of exchange (latest workday figures) each month.
