Brevik/Esbjerg/Gothenburg Services berth at Nordic Terminal Riverside
Cuxhaven/Rotterdam Services berth at Nordic Terminal Dockside
Delivery/Collection of all lift units regardless of destination should be made to Nordic Terminal Dockside.
All other traffic for Brevik/Esbjerg/Gothenburg should be delivered to Nordic Terminal Riverside.
Trailers, Caravans and Tracked units for Cuxhaven and Rotterdam should be delivered to Nordic Terminal Dockside.
Cars and Mobile Machines for Cuxhaven and Rotterdam should be delivered to Nordic Terminal East Terminal.

For hazardous class 1 and class 7 cargo contact should be made with office to agree delivery deadlines.
Delivery times for abnormal loads and crane lifts should be agreed and booked with the relevant service desk.
All above deadlines are subject to schedule changes and terminal opening hours.
Booking/Waybill Instructions
Booking details should be submitted to DFDS TOR LINE as soon as possible. Class and UN Number of any hazardous cargo should be advised at time of booking.
Hazardous documentation should be submitted as soon as possible in order that stowage can be planned. Dangerous goods notes must be legible and conform to IMDG regulations.
For driver accompanied units and passengers wherever possible full name, dates of birth, town of birth , passport number and nationality should be advised in advance of arrival to the port in order that authorities can be informed and tickets can be produced.
Documents Carried by Ships Mail
Ships mail should be delivered to DFDS TOR LINE Plc, Rear of Building, Nordic House, Western Access Road, Immingham Dock.
Alternatively, drivers may hand in paperwork at Dockside Gatehouse or Riverside Drivers Information Centre.
Deadline for ships mail is one hour prior to sailing.
Import papers should be collected from Dockside Gatehouse for cargo arriving at Dockside and for local agents for all services and from Riverside Drivers Information Centre for cargo arriving at Riverside.
DFDS TOR LINE cannot accept responsibility for mislaid or lost documents carried on behalf of the client.
