Wheeled units can be delivered / picked up outside of above hours at any time from Monday to Sunday, provided that a notification will be sent in advance to
DFDS Tor Line GmbH's booking department in Cuxhaven between Monday and Friday until 17.00 hrs, telefax: +49 4721 7960 60 as well as to CuxPort GmbH, Gatehouse, telefax: +49 4721 748242.
Please mark notification as follows:
Nachtfreistellung, Vessel, Unit-Number and Booking-Number.

Note:

Driver's require DFDS-booking number as release-reference upon collection of units at CuxPort's Gatehouse.

Whilst every endeavour will be made to maintain flexibility it should be observed that official deadlines for sailings to Immingham are:

Documents carried by Ship's mail

Freight vessels

Ships's mail should be turned into / picked up at CuxPort's Gatehouse,
telephone: +49 4721 7482 40, telefax +49 4721 7482 42.

Deadline

For Ship's mail is the same as for the units.

DFDS Tor Line cannot accept responsibility for mislaid or lost documents carried on behalf of the client.
Envelopes should be properly addressed and clearly marked with:

* Vessel


* Port of destination


* Consignee/Agent

All sea carriage is subject to DFDS Tor Line North Sea Freight Conditions of Carriage and applicable local Port and Terminal tariffs.

Charges for these services are not included in the sea freight. Documentation and clearing facilities available in all ports courtesy of DFDS Tor Line's offices / agents.
