1) Acceptance without prior notification by Shipper/Consignee.

Wheeled units can be delivered / picked up outside of above hours at any time from Monday to Saturday, provided that a notification will be faxed or e-mailed in advance to
DFDS LISCO GmbH's booking department in Kiel before Friday 16.00 hours.

Please mark notification as "Nachtanlieferung-/freistellung", listing vessel name, unit number and booking number.

Note:

Driver's require DFDS-booking number as release-reference upon collection of units at Ostuferhafen's gatehouse.

Deadlines

Whilst every endeavour will be made to maintain flexibility it should be observed that official deadlines for sailings to St. Petersburg are:

Waybill instruction

Waybill instruction should be sent to DFDS LISCO GmbH's booking department as soon as possible and not later than 15.00 hours on the day before departure by telefax

Documents carried by Ship's mail

Ships's mail should be turned into / picked up at:
DFDS LISCO GmbH, "NevaBridge", Ostuferhafen 15, D-24149 Kiel

   

Deadline

2 hours prior to sailing

DFDS LISCO GmbH cannot accept responsibility for mislaid or lost documents carried on behalf of the client.
Envelopes should be properly addressed and clearly marked with:

* Unit Number

* Vessel

* Port of destination

* Consignee/Agent

 

General clause

All sea carriage is subject to North Sea Freight Conditions of Carriage and applicable local Port and Terminal tariffs.

 

Free terminal time

Local terminal conditions and tariffs apply.

 

Customs presentation / Customs clearance

Charges for these services are not included in the sea freight. Documentation and clearing facilities available in all ports.
