Nominated sea freight for 20', 40' containers and 20' flats
When no remarks are made in the Freight Agreement the sea freight is always calculated exclusive of the equipment hire.
Use of DFDS Tor Line equipment related to nominated sea freight for Shipper's own lift units
When a Shipper uses DFDS Tor Line equipment, subject to availability, the agreed rate will be charged plus the following amounts:

This include disposal of the unit 6 days on each side, counted from:
The day the empty unit is collected at the terminal depot to (and including)
the day the loaded unit is loaded on the vessel, and
the day the loaded unit is discharged from the vessel to (and including)
the day the empty unit is returned to the terminal depot.
For extra days, the following demurrage rate will be charged:

DFDS Tor Line's equipment must be returned in clean condition. The Consignee will be charged with any costs for cleaning / repairing dirty, damaged or contaminated equipment. IMO-labels must be removed. If not, labels will be removed by DFDS Tor Line, at customer's cost.
