When transported in a groupaged unit, the individual IMO-class will be charged
according to their own merits / weights.

The internal segregation of such a groupage must conform to the general and particular requirements for segregation as described in the IMDG Code).

Surcharge for Class 1 (explosives): This class is unique in that the type of packing frequently has decisive effect on the hazard and, therefore, on the assignment to a particular hazard division. The five hazard divisions are: 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 and 1.5.
